The president of Mary Washington, William Frawley, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (here is a more recent update.) Apparently he was caught while driving a car that had only 3 tires. This sort of reminds me of when D-Train was arrested after going to the bathroom in the middle of the road. This is nothing to joke about, but I think it is a reasonable assumption that you are doing something illegal if you are driving away from police with a tire missing.

There are two things that are great about this story....2 DUI in 2 days and 2 afternoon DUIs. Way to get out of the hospital, get loaded and drive home all before noon.
I would drink in the morning too if 80% of my baseball team had mustaches that were not for Mustache Day
What came first, the 3 wheels or the DUI?
D-Train, Michael Phelps, Tony LaRussa, just like "the movie" in "Don't Stop Believing" the list goes "on and on, and on, and on-ah!"
Someone needs to send this article to Doc so he can use it in his next motivational speech to the team.
