the ice is extra

I noticed something that bothered me today at Dunkin Donuts. The price of a regular small cup of coffee was $1.19. The price of a regular small cup of iced coffee was $1.39. The only difference is that the latter comes on ice (and as a result less coffee). I don't drink coffee, but I want to go in there and order a hot cup of coffee with ice.

I don't like iced coffee, but if I did I'd just let the coffee cool off or maybe stick it in a fridge when I got were I was going. F that 20 cent ice bs.

The Iced Coffee is double brewed so it doesn't get watered down with the ice, that's the difference in cost would be my guess.

Good info from public masturbation there. It makes sense.

good stuff P-Mast, that does make sense. I wonder if you really liked the heavy brew if you could order an iced coffee hot? (keep in mind i dont drink coffee so maybe this is a stupid idea, i wouldnt know...)

Mayve because they have to make the ice and crush it and all, it takes more time than just making a big batch of coffee

Forget the coffee... you could buy a donut hole for 20 cents... and THAT is what is worth 20 cents. ;)
